5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

• Refunds will be issued only in cases of service non-fulfillment due to our fault.

• No refunds will be issued for completed services.

• PowerQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing electrical faults.
